As I was working at the golf course the other day and spending some alone on the mower and just thinking about life and the cosmos and girls, I was thinking about how awesome it is to have the inter-connectivity that believers share. The 2 guys I work with at the course are really great guys. One of them is a believer and the other is open to the idea but not there completely. The one believer, Anders, is a guy I went to High-School with but never talked to or got to know, but since we started working together we've had some amazing talks, and it's just incredible how because we are of "one body." We have that underlying relationship already established even if we don't know each other. The other guy, Clark, is another great guy, who I've never met before and even went to the rival High-School, but he's asked about how me and Anders, could connect so easily when we've never even hung out or anything and even though are personalities are almost complete opposites we can have a great time working together and having a "joyous" time doing our jobs. So, Anders and I have been having some great talks with Clark and hope that through our actions and what words come out of our mouths we can be great witnesses.
So, applying all of this to the bigger picture and what's coming up, I'm getting more excited than nervous about meeting the people I'm gonna spend the next year with, because I know that we already have a relationship together through Christ who brings all together under Him and although there will be some rough points there will be an amazing bond of friendship that can only happen because of what we believe.

*For fun at the golfcourse, we keep each other entertained by showing each other up in the golf carts, or pulling doughnuts on the driving range in the morning when the grass is still frosted or another big one is seeing how far we can get the golfcarts through 6 foot high grass before getting stuck and having everyone come and pull it out.
